Return Policy

Because Participant and Leader Guides are printed to order, we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf products. Here's how it works.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thekingdombiblestudy.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because each guide is printed specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item. If you're unsure whether The Kingdom is right for you or your group, request a preview before ordering.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thekingdombiblestudy.com. We can make changes before an order enters production, but may not be able to once printing has begun.

Bulk and Church Pack Orders

The same damaged/defective/incorrect policy above applies to bulk and Church Pack orders. Contact us and we'll work with you directly on the affected items.
